JL-15A colony counterIt is a digital display semi-automatic bacterial testing instrument. Composed of counters, probes, counting pools, and other components. The counter is designed and manufactured using CMOS integrated circuits. In the black depth background counting cell, energy-saving circular fluorescent lamps are used for side illumination, and the comparison of bacterial colonies is clear. According to the regulations of bacterial counting inspection, the instrument display is designed with three digits. When the number of bacterial colonies in a culture dish exceeds 300, the test sample should be diluted and remade to ensure the accuracy of counting.
This colony counter can reduce the labor intensity of laboratory personnel, improve work efficiency and quality. 3、 Usage method

a、 Connect the power supply, turn on the switch to turn on the counting cell, and the display screen will show "001". Insert the probe plug into the socket of the instrument, press the "reset" button to zero and put the instrument into working mode.

b、 Put it into the culture dish for inspection.

c、 Use a probe to count all the colonies one by one on the bottom of the culture dish. Each click should be accompanied by a "beep" sound to indicate effectiveness, otherwise it should be emphasized. At this point, the selected colonies are marked with colors and the displayed numbers automatically accumulate.

d、 Carefully check with a magnifying glass to confirm that there are no missing points, and the counting is complete.

e、 The number on the display screen is the bacterial count of the culture dish.

f、 Record the numbers and remove the culture dish. Press the "Reset" button to enter the initial state of the display screen.

4、 Attention:

a、 The instrument should be placed on a flat and sturdy tabletop for use.

b、 When counting bacterial colonies, do not tilt the probe too much. Gently tap until there is a bouncing sensation, and the number will be inputted.

c、 The instrument should be moisture-proof, resistant to severe vibration, resistant to direct sunlight exposure, and resistant to acid and alkali erosion. After use, a dust cover should be added.

d、 Be careful to prevent bacterial culture from contaminating the counting cell.

e、 The instrument and probe cannot be disassembled at will. If a malfunction is found, experienced technicians should be hired for maintenance.
